Philips launches SOPHO Business ConneCT for all-in-one communicationsHilversum, May 10, 2005 - Philips Business Communications (PBC), a division of Philips Royal Electronics (AEX: PHI, NYSE: PHG), has launched a major addition to its portfolio of enterprise communication solutions with the introduction of SOPHO Business ConneCT at the Belgian Telecom City fair (Brussels, 10 – 12 May 2005). SOPHO Business ConneCT is a modular suite of new and redesigned applications sharing a common architecture, which enables companies of any size to incorporate the applications they require to satisfy the variety of communication needs of different users. This innovative suite takes full advantage of the possibilities of IP and delivers all of the core functionality required by operators, office workers and call centre agents within one tightly integrated communications application.
