Desk Console

The Desk Console is an advanced terminal-based operator console for the Philips range.

The Desk Console incorporates powerful call processing functions, a compact design and easy-to-use features, enabling you to quickly answer and route calls.

It is ergonomically designed, with loop keys on the left, a dial pad in the centre and frequently used operation keys on the right. With this clean, streamlined layout, operators can answer or place calls, access the keypad and perform call-processing functions simply, efficiently and intuitively.

Supervisor

The SuperVisor is a PC based operator console that can easily be integrated with the existing IT infrastructure. The SuperVisor user interface is specially designed for fast call handling. All call handling actions can be done with or without using a mouse and large icons represents clearly the status of all parties. As well as the traditional operator functionality, such as a name look up and display. This can be enhanced with e-mail calendar integration, blind solutions and other office applications.
