• MS 5178: Implementing & Maintaining Audio/Visual & Web Conferencing using MS Office Communications Server 2007
• MS 5179: Implementing and Maintaining Telephony Using Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007

• Office Communications Server 2007 licensing structure;
• Additional  labs for Audio/Video (A/V conference calls, Live Meeting);
• Advanced Troubleshooting;
• Explanation and demo of UC Devices (OCS Phone Edition a.k.a. Tanjay, Roundtable, USB Devices);
• PBX Integration: For this we use a real  IP-PBX and SIP phones to explain and demonstrate Remote Call Control, Direct SIP Connectivity, Dual Forking and Dual Forking with Remote Call Control;
• Interaction of OCS2007 and Exchange 2007 Unified Messaging (incl. presentation, demo and hands-on of Unified Messaging);
• Customer Case Workshop: Design OCS2007 Architecture and Configuration based on example customer requirements;
• SharePoint 2007 / Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 integration.
