CONTROLLING YOUR CALLS

Call control is simple with Office Communicator.

While in conversation, you will have complete access to the ‘Phone Controls’ command bar.

These advanced features will work with all possible telephones, irrespective of the technology used, so analogue, digital, wired and wireless, even home phones and mobile phones are supported.

	Call	Select the device to call the person on, and have your phone instantly dial
	Hang-up a Call	Simply click to hang-up a call. Your phone will instantly return to an idle state
	Hold/Unhold	Easily place and retrieve the current caller from hold
	Unannounced Transfer	Choose a person to forward the caller to without announcing the call
	Announced Transfer	Choose a person to forward the call to and have the abilility to swap the two callers
	Add to Call	Add another person the the call (create a 3-party conference)
	Dial Digits	Display a dial pad to allow you to seamless integrate to IVR systems
