Business ConneCT Desktop Integration helps customers boost productivity and improve efficiency and deliver a more personal service, while using their familiar desktop applications. Simple plug-ins are often all that’s needed for customers to benefit from the functionality.

Dialling

Improve efficiency and reduce costs with faster and easier dialling. Don't retype telephone numbers from your pc screen on your telephone set: directly dial them from your desktop application. For example: Microsoft Office, Outlook, Lotus Notes and other applications that use Internet Explorer.

Contact pop-up

Give a more personal service to customers and improve efficiency. A pop-up from your existing contacts database can provide extra information on your incoming call. Examples: pop-up contacts stored in Outlook or Lotus Notes.

Calendar integration / presence management

Organise your business day in one central Outlook or Notes calendar that automatically sets your presence including how your incoming calls should be dealt with. This way colleagues, the operator and callers are never left in the dark about your whereabouts or how to get in touch with you.
