ASSONO HUNGARY SELECTS NEC PHILIPS TO SUPPLY COMMUNICATION PRODUCTS TO THE HUNGARIAN MARKET

Hilversum, The Netherlands & Budapast, Hungary – Assono Hungary, a Hungarian reseller and integrator of medium and large-sized PBX systems (formerly named Assono Ericsson and Damovo Hungary) has chosen NEC Philips Unified Solutions as its supplier of SME PBX systems and IP DECT solutions for the Hungarian market.
Assono Hungary extends its portfolio with NEC Philips’ SOPHO IPC 100 to target the Hungarian market with an IP-hybrid system, which provides the latest SIP technology for small businesses with 8 to 50 extensions. IPC 100 is a scalable PBX and it is the only phone system that can start as small as 3 exchange lines and 8 extensions and grow to 96 extensions without having to replace a single item.

Assono Hungary has also chosen NEC Philips Unified Solutions’ IP DECT system which combines the best of wireless telephony and Voice over IP technology. Besides adding the IP DECT to IPC 100, Assono will use NEC Philips’ SIP DECT solution as an open platform capable of connecting with any IP-enabled network that has a SIP PBX interface.
