NEC Philips's network of national sales organizations tailors products and services to local needs and our partners must be able to provide the same level of local support. This means that, while the partners may differ from country to country, their quality standards are consistent.

Through alliances with leading software and hardware suppliers, such as Microsoft, 3Com and many others, NEC Philips draws on ‘best-of-breed’ applications to enable customers to take advantage of third-party solutions and facilitate their integration within the data network and business applications.

 

UNIVERGE Solutions Partners ProgramUniverge Partner Program

Through its UNIVERGE Solutions Partners (USP) Program, NEC Philips proactively works with high value third party suppliers, original equipment manufacture (OEMs) and developers to tailor products and services to meet customers specific needs.

The USP program is aimed primarily at international partners contributing to NEC Philips' UNIVERGE solutions and strategy by providing specific matching LOB or horizontal solutions expertise. The support offered to USP Partners include co-operation on technical, marketing and sales activities across Asia, Oceania, America and EMEA, normalized in a co-operation agreement.

SOPHO Care Solution program

The SOPHO Care program (CTI application recommended experts) supports third parties building telephony-integrated applications for the SOPHO iS3000 communication platform based on open interfaces. Its aim is to support Independent Software Vendors, System Integrators and Equipment Vendors in the integration and promotion of performance-enhancing applications with Philips SOPHO iSPBX
